"My family and I have been customers of this location for over 25 years. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I definitely would do so. I've had the pleasure of working with two different agents and a few in-person employees. I must admit that my experience has been top-tier throughout my entire experience. With that said, I have to shout out Julie, Cathy, and (my favorite representative) Annette. Annette is my preferred office employee because she understands me and my needs and has assisted me on many occasions over the last several years. Whether in person or over the phone, customers feel welcomed, heard, understood, and valued, and Annette follows up promptly anytime a follow-up call is scheduled. I'm not as close to the other employees, but the times I've called, they were very pleasant and professional. Julie and her staff genuinely care about all customers, our well-being, and providing us with insurance policies that best fit our needs. Julie's thoughtfulness also consists of mailing birthday cards annually. It's the small things that make the biggest impact.
